Return & Exchange Policy
Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or to report any defect, damage, or blemish in the product.
Any faulty or damaged item must be returned to the Luxury Bags Bd Customer Service Team within the same 3-day period.
Once the product is received and inspected, our team will inform the customer whether the request for a size exchange, damage claim, or return has been approved.

Refund Policy

Luxury Bags Bd does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
If a customer receives a faulty or damaged product, the paid amount will be converted into online store credit, which can be used to purchase another product of equal or higher value from https://luxurybagsbd.com/

Online Purchase Policy

Products purchased online from Luxury Bags Bd can only be exchanged through online channels.
In-store exchanges are not applicable for online purchases.
Once an order has been exchanged one time, it will not be eligible for any further exchanges.

Quality Issues

If any quality issues or discoloration appear within 7 days of delivery, customers must notify the Luxury Bags Bd Customer Service Team immediately.

All exchange or return-related issues must be resolved within 7 days from the delivery date.
After this period, no exchange or return requests will be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery before completing payment.

If any defect, damage, or size issue is noticed, customers should return the product immediately to the delivery agent.

Discounted Products

The Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy does NOT apply to discounted items.

All discounted products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Express Delivery (Dhaka Metropolitan Area Only)

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM.

Orders must be confirmed by the Customer Service Team by 12:00 PM.

Products will be delivered within 6 hours after being handed over to the delivery agent.

An Express Delivery charge of TK 200 applies.

For accessories, full advance payment is required to process the delivery.
